Based in France, SOTRES designs and manufactures treatment systems for the separation and recycling of sludge generated on drilling and special foundation sites.
Thanks to its proven expertise, SOTRES offers plants capable of treating sludge heavily laden with abrasive materials such as cement, sand or bentonite, while guaranteeing reliable, continuous operation. Their technology enables, for example, sand removal from bentonite before reinjection, separation of fines from cement slurries, and closed-circuit treatment of drilling water, thus avoiding fluid losses and considerably reducing the environmental impact of operations.
Thanks to its 100% German production site, ATPA guarantees consistent manufacturing quality, with short delivery times and responsive technical customer service.
The solutions offered by SOTRES can be fully containerized and automated, and include :
- Screening, hydrocycloning and decanting systems
- Filter presses or dehydration systems for solid waste management
- Integrated polymer preparation stations to optimize separation performance
- Flexibility to adapt to fixed or mobile worksites
